Where does Raw Nation deliver?
Currently, Raw Nation delivers to all the metro and hill areas of South Australia. If you are not sure about delivery to your area, email orders@rawnationwholefoods.com.au or contact out customer service team at Call (08) 8340 9868 between 5am and 9pm (Mon-Fri) to get an update on your package.


How are the ingredients kept fresh du ring transit and how should I store them?
Your boxes are shipped in chilled vehicles, meaning less packaging and less risk of any food spoilage in the process. If stored properly upon delivery, all ingredients should last to the end of your use by date. Your vegetables will stay fresh for a minimum of 4 days after delivery. Store the ingredients in the fridge as soon as you get the delivery. Do not keep the box out for more than 30 minutes.

Can I freeze these products?
We offer fresh meals to ensure we present the best possible quality of food. We
recommend not to freeze the products but to keep them refrigerated at all times.


Can I trust your products?
At Raw Nation, all of our manufacturing team adhere to have strict safety and hygiene standards, and comply to strict rules regarding hand washing, wearing gloves, hairnets, masks and uniforms. We have also implemented additional measures to ensure all staff adhere to increased cleaning and personal hygiene regimes and regular temperature checks due to COVID-19. Raw Nation is fully committed to provide you with the best, fresh and safest food at all times.


Can I get a refund?
